The City of Lafayette & Walker County are  joining to forces to provide medical care while saving on costs by combining services for their employees.

Beginning Tuesday, July 1st, 2014: Worksite Rx will be offering primary, preventive & urgent care & providing prescriptions for chronic care such as diabetes & hypertension. The new clinic will be located at 101 S. Duke Street, Lafayette, GA 30728. Hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & on Friday’s from 8am-12pm. closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm.  If your an employee of the city or county and want to make an appointment, please call 706-638-1462.
