The Young Professional award is a nominated position for someone who is working to make his or her community and/or business a better place. Winner is voted on by the Walker County Chamber Board of Directors. As the 2018 winner I am humbled and grateful for winning the 2018 Young Professional of the Year from the Walker County Chamber of Commerce. It's so exciting to be among so many talented professionals in my hometown and for the recognition of my hard work. I could not be the Professional I am without the commitment and hard work of my SIA staff. Thank you Ali LeCroy, Lawanda Henderson, Amanda Weaver and Marcy Careathers for your dedication and making it possible for me to be the best professional I can be.

I am also honored that Southern Insurance Associates was among the top 3 finalists for 2018 Small Business of the year. To have been in the running with two such distinguished companies as Lane Funeral Home and Flegal Insurance Inc. is exciting for my 6 year old company. Thank You!
