AJaye Mashburn is a La Fayette native, La Fayette High School graduating class of 2001. AJaye has a Bachelors of Science in Mass Communications from University of West Georgia. AJaye has worked in insurance since 2006. She began her insurance career working for a Commercial Specialty Underwriting company before becoming an Agent in 2009 and opening her own agency in 2011.

AJaye is an active member at Oakwood Baptist Church serving as Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Family Ministry Promotions and serving on the Women’s Ministry Core Team. AJaye also serves on the Oakwood Parent Organization steering committee for Oakwood Christian Academy. AJaye serves as 1st Vice President of the Lafayette Women’s Club, Founder and Co Director of the Annual Reindeer Run, Lafayette Downtown Development Authority board member, Walker County Chamber of Commerce member, Friends of LaFayette Volunteer, and Sponsor of the annual Lafayette Honeybee Festival.

AJaye won the Walker County Chamber Professional of the Year in 2017, is an active member of the GA Independent Insurance Agents, a member of the Insurance Agency Owners Alliance and a proud shareholder of the Southeastern Network Agencies.

AJaye resides in Ringgold, GA with husband Jason Mashburn, their three children; Caden , Corbin and Carrington and their 3 dogs, Copper James, Remi & Dolly.

AJaye’s love language is Acts of service and it shows through her endless volunteer endeavors and civic organization involvement. She loves Jesus Christ and has a mission of blessing all those the agency comes in contact with.
